CANCELLATION POLICY
At Styles by sophhh, I value your time and appreciate your business. To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness to all clients, please review our cancellation policy below:🫶🏼 All TRAVELING APPOINTMENTS must be by email **EMAIL📧 stylesby.sophhh@gmail.com** The address is 973 Holmdel Road, Holmdel NJ There is a parking lot provided! Notice Requirement Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours/2 days in advance of your scheduled appointment. You may cancel or reschedule by contacting us via 732-567-3141/text/stylesby.sophhh@gmail.com Late Cancellations Cancellations made within 24 hours/1 day of the appointment will result in a 50% of the service fee cancellation fee. No-Shows Clients who do not show up for their appointment without any notice will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service. Deposits A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This will be applied toward your total service cost. In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, the deposit will be forfeited. 100% NON-REFUNDABLE! **NOO BOOKING IS CONFIRMED WITHOUT A DEPOSIT AND OR SIGNED CONTRACT!!** Emergencies and Illness I understand that emergencies happen. In certain cases (illness, severe weather), exceptions may be made at the artist’s discretion. Please communicate as soon as possible. Running Late If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or canceled and considered a no-show, depending on the schedule for the day. Preparation for Makeup/Hair Appointments -Make sure your face is washed and exfoliated - Wear a v neck cut or strapless shirt underneath your clothes, I AM NOT LIABLE FOR ANY CLOTHING STAINED BY MAKEUP OR HAIR PRODUCTS. -For all formal styling appointments and trials make sure your hair is washed and blown out -If you have ANY allergies (food, products, etc) or preferences you must disclose them prior to booking your appointment. -I will not use your makeup products if you don’t notify me prior to the appointment -If you do not state your allergies before our appointment I will not be able to service you - You are not allowed to bring anyone to your appointment unless you are 18 and under.
